This Privacy Policy applies to every app and website published by Rafael under frafael.co and its subdomains (each, an “App,” together “we,” “us,” or “our”). One policy covers the whole portfolio so it stays accurate as new apps ship.
Information we collect
- Account info. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from that provider. We never see or store your password.
- Content you provide. Whatever you enter into an App (e.g. journal entries, financial entries) is stored to provide that App's functionality.
- Usage data. Product analytics on feature usage, tagged per App, so we can improve it.
- Payment info. Subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google Play, or Abacate Pay (Pix, web only). We never see or store your card or bank details.
How we use it
To run and improve the App, to reach you about your account, and to understand which features matter. We do not sell your personal information, ever.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make an App work, each acting on our instructions: Supabase (database and authentication), PostHog (analytics), RevenueCat plus Apple and Google (mobile subscriptions), Abacate Pay (Pix payments on web), Resend (email), and Sentry (crash and error reporting).
Retention and deletion
Delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing hello@frafael.co. We delete your data within 30 days, except records we're required to keep by law (e.g. financial or tax records).
Children
Our Apps aren't directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. LGPD in Brazil, GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email hello@frafael.co to exercise these rights.
Changes
We may update this policy as our Apps evolve. The date above always reflects the latest version.
