These Terms apply to every app and website published by Rafael under frafael.co and its subdomains (each, an “App”). By creating an account or using an App, you agree to these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
1. Accounts
You sign in with Google or Apple — we never ask for a password. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Some Apps offer paid subscriptions, billed by the App Store, Google Play, or Abacate Pay (Pix, web only). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing provider you subscribed with. Refunds are handled by that provider's own policy, not by us directly.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use an App for anything illegal, don't try to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, and don't abuse other users. We can suspend accounts that violate this.
4. Your content
You own whatever you enter into an App. You grant us the license needed to store and process it so the App can function — nothing more.
5. Not professional advice
Our Apps are tools, not professional advice. Anything wellbeing-related is a companion, not a substitute for professional care; anything financial is for your own organization, not investment or tax advice. Novelty and pet-style apps are for entertainment, not scientific accuracy.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing hello@frafael.co. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Apps are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using an App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as our Apps evolve. The date above always reflects the latest version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
